Teach Unlimited Foundation

  • Social Mission

Teach Unlimited Foundation (“TUF”) was founded in April 2011 by a group of local parents concerned about the quality of education for socially disadvantaged students in Hong Kong. The following shares its vision and mission: Every youth has a dream and can learn to realize it. To support the education and personal development of socially disadvantaged students through enhancing their learning attitude, motivation and self-esteem. To develop high calibre and socially conscious university graduates as role models and future leaders to advance the cause of quality education for all. To model an effective way of mentorship and promote its integration into youth education in HK.

  • Business Model

1) We develop leaders: training high calibre graduates from local universities who are interested in education and service as our Program Mentors. 2) We mentor students: mentor, teach and empower students who are socially disadvantaged 3) We inspire communities: Partner Schools adopt TUF’s mentoring model and apply in their students to trigger positive change; Volunteers work with TUF to support students and be inspired by TUF’s way of working; Donors, who echo with TUF’s vision & mission, offer financial support to allow TUF to continue our program, to expand and benefit more people.

  • Founding team

TUF was founded in April 2011 by a group of local parents. To ensure its work effectiveness, it is made up of the Board of Directors (BOD) and an operation team led by an Executive Director. The following provides an overview of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the BOD: Roger Ng, PhD, FHKITA, Chairman.
